3 State Director Positions Available

Laura Lohman

The State Director position is right up my alley and something I know I am a great fit for. In my previous career, I was a Senior Sales Executive for Marriott hotels in Washington, D.C.  During my time, I was selected by the Executive Leadership teams to represent the Mid-Atlantic Region sales teams and hotels from Maryland to the Carolinas.  I traveled all over the US attending conferences where we communicated sales challenges, needs, system changes etc to the company leadership. I learned new policies and procedures and educated myself to become a subject matter expert in new regulations and systems.  I would then take this information back to the Mid Atlantic General Managers and Executives. Following those debriefings, I would develop task force teams to discuss implementation and to roll out education. This was all in addition to my regular sales role.  The Hospitality industry is not the same as the Real Estate, but there are similarities.  From my experience, I know I can communicate well. I'm a team player and would be honored to represent the Board and members at these conferences.
