NAR Code of Ethics and Fair Housing Requirement
All REALTORS® are required by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) to complete a Code of Ethics training every three years to maintain membership in good standing. This course reinforces the professional standards and ethical responsibilities of REALTORS®.

In addition, Fair Housing training ensures members understand and uphold fair housing laws, promoting equal opportunity in housing for all clients.
