Message to Our Members

There have been many questions concerning the Jefferson County Stay at Home Order & if REALTORS are considered essential. As the order may seem vague, according to the order's FAQ website "Showing real estate is not considered an essential function at this time".  We have been in contact with the National Association of REALTORS®, Missouri REALTORS® and SGAR's legal counsel. Letters have also been sent to the Missouri Governor & multiple letters to the Jefferson County Executive, Dennis Gannon.

Please keep in mind each county has their own mandates within the Stay at Home Order. We will continue to provide the facts to our member found on reliable resources in regards to updates within the Real Estate Industry in Jefferson County. At this time, we are forwarding information to our members provided by the County Executor Dennis Gannon concerning the Stay at Home Order.  Our highest priority is the safety and health of our members. We understand this is a difficult time and we are committed in providing the best service to our members.
